The B. Braun Mini-Spike® V ensures easy withdrawal and addition of pharmaceuticals through optimal pressure equalization and a reduced risk of contamination. The integrated 0.45 µm air vent filter provides an automatic and sterile pressure equalization during withdrawal or injection.

"V" stands for the valve integrated into the Mini-Spike®, which safely and reliably closes the flow channel after disconnecting the syringe. In addition to the standard benefits of the Mini-Spike®, the versions with an integrated valve also allow for convenient upside-down fluid withdrawal.
